David Brinkman

Senior Legal Counsel, European Central Bank

David Brinkman is a senior legal counsel for the European Central Bank, in the Supervisory Law Division. In that capacity, David was lead-lawyer on the ECB opinion on the proposed EU Regulation on Artificial Intelligence. Prior to joining the ECB, David has worked as attorney-at-law in an international law firm, as legal counsel for a Dutch listed bank / insurance firm and as senior expert at the Dutch Central Bank.
