Cancellation Policy

For written cancellations received until 2 March 2020, 100% of the registration fee(s) will be refunded. Cancellations received after 2 March 2020 will not be eligible for a refund, however, substitutions can be made through written notification at any time and with no extra cost.

 

In the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be made, directly to the delegate upon proof of purchase. Liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the delegate and there will not be any additional liability to ACCIS, event hosts or any other individual associated with the event organization.

 

In the event that the Conference cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the Conference organisers (force majeure) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the Conference organisers, liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the delegate and there will not be any additional liability to ACCIS, event hosts or any other individual associated with the event organization. In the event of cancellation, ACCIS will use reasonable endeavours to alert those who have booked to attend an event or purchased tickets and details of any cancellation will be posted on the appropriate event website. Delegates are responsible for checking this information prior to the event.
