Alberto Lozano is the Global Head of Consumer Lending for ING Group, steering the unsecured lending portfolio strategy and driving transformation initiatives among all ING business units (8 EU Countries). He joined ING Spain in 2011 where he has filled many roles over the past years in different departments (Digital area, Mortgage business, Daily Banking and Investment Products) and decided to move to the Global Retail team on December 2021.
In the period of 2007-2011, he was a strategy consultant leading organizational and restructuring projects for relevant financial and telco companies such as Portugal Telecom, Telefónica, BBVA, Santander, and more.
Alberto holds a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and completed several postgraduate studies in Banking and Finance.
