Evolutions in Data Protection & What these mean for credit information

EU Regulation 2016/679 – the GDPR – is 10 this year. A decade on, this panel takes the GDPR as its base, looks at the Digital Omnibus and Digital Fitness Check, zoning in on the proposed changes to the GDPR, and also inspects recent Court Cases concerning the crossover between data protection and credit scoring, which will form the background to a discussion between panellists on the governance, risk and compliance impacts of these changes.
